Michael Park has over 30 years of sales, management and recruiting experience in the Financial Services Industry.  He has conducted Mid to Senior Executive and “C” level search assignments across the U.S. for Global, Regional and Community Banks.  He’s done lift-outs of teams and recruited highly specialized individual contributors.

Michael leverages his deep industry knowledge with a vast network of contacts to provide clients with an unsurpassed level of quality and service; with outstanding candidates who not only have the leadership and technical skills to be successful but whose personal work style and career objectives closely match the company’s culture and the opportunity itself.  

Prior to founding JM Park & Company LLC, Mike held a senior credit role covering a 13 state territory for First Union’s Private Client Group with corporate-wide oversight of diversified loan portfolios.  His commercial banking experience includes both line and staff positions in Retail Banking, Private Banking and Credit/Risk Management.


He graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Jana Park is co-founder of JM Park and Company and heads up the Project Management functions for the firm, implementing the development, design, and operation of customized search plans for our clients.

Jana’s previous experience in the banking industry includes management of sales and operations teams in both commercial banks and thrifts.

We know the industry; possess a deep understanding of roles and the issues facing those positions, and have the proven ability to recruit candidates who not only are effective in operating in the role, but who will also fit into the organization's culture.
